Delivery Rates

UK and Ireland Shipping Policy

Shipping to the UK (this includes Northern Ireland, England, Scotland, including Scottish Highlands, Wales and Isle of Man) is a flat fee of £5. This will be added to orders at checkout. Please note Channel Islands are excluded from this UK postage cost.

If you require your purchase in a faster time-frame then please contact us by email at hello@embracebodyskincare.co.uk  We can then try and arrange this for you. This service may incur an additional charge. 

International Shipping Policy

Shipping outside of UK and Ireland is sent International & Signed £22.95-£30.48 depending on Royal Mail country zone and order weight. This shipping cost will be added to your order at checkout. 

For items shipped outside of the UK, Embrace Body Skincare is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Handling & Delivery

We are committed to being as eco-friendly as possible so have selected our packaging to enable you to either re-use or recycle it. 

If you have ordered products, which are in stock or already made your order will be processed and despatched within 2-3 working days.

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday or if you happen to order over a bank holiday, your order will be processed on the first working day.

We send our packets via Royal Mail or courier (depending on weight) and usually they arrive within 2-3 working days. However we accept no responsibility for loss resulting from delivery delays.

If there will be a significant delay in delivery of your order, we will contact you via email.

Once your order has been despatched we will send you a confirmation email.
